They have a great culture when it comes to employee meetings and the games that they hold. They need to promote within and reach out to former laid off employees for new opportunities instead of throwing them away.

More respect and recognition for their power performers. More value in long term employees. People who have been high performers and loyal employees should be promoted even in other contracts instead of let go when a contract ends. External candidates shouldn't be brought in over internal promotions
