Having insurance and flexible spending
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worse benefits ever. Over producers are not respected or recognized and are disposible.

If you need support it is provided
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect and recognition for their power performers. More value in long term employees. People who have been high performers and loyal employees should be promoted even in other contracts instead of let go when a contract ends. External candidates shouldn't be brought in over internal promotions

What makes you most happy at work?
The type of work I do is very in line with what I love, the work life balance is exceptional.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have a great culture when it comes to employee meetings and the games that they hold. They need to promote within and reach out to former laid off employees for new opportunities instead of throwing them away.
