Mr. Michael R. Leach, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer of Allied Motion Technologies Inc. since August 10, 2015. Mr. Leach has vast experience in all aspects of the finance function along with a strong background in international businesses with multi-division company structures. His significant larger company experience, specifically with fast growth companies, where acquisitions were an instrumental part of their growth strategy, aligns well with Allied to achieve the aggressive strategic growth goals of it. Mr. Leach served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Osmose Holdings, Inc. for six years. Prior to that, he was with Cytec Industries for eight years where he progressed to the position of North American Operations Controller for Cytec Specialty Chemicals and eight years with Belko Corporation, a division of Alco Industries, where he was the Vice President of Finance and Administration. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Kenneth R. Wyman serves as the Chief Technology Officer and has been Vice President of Marketing at Allied Motion Technologies Inc since February 2003. Mr. Wyman served as an Executive Vice president of Marketing at Allied Motion Technologies Inc. since February 2005 and served as its Vice President of Marketing from February 5, 2003 to February 2005. He has over 30 years of experience in the motion control industry. His most recent position was as Vice President of Marketing for the Motion Components Division of the Danaher Corporation. He held that same position with API Motion for five years before its merger with Danaher. Mr. Wyman prior positions were in marketing, product management, sales and engineering positions with several firms, all of which are in the motion control business.

Ken Wyman serves as the Executive Vice President of Allied Motion Technologies Inc.. Ken started at Allied Motion Technologies Inc. in Feb of 2006. Ken currently resides in the Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area.
