There are no women on my team, and very few women in the building to my knowledge. I'd say it is culturally diverse, but not gender-diverse.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Amazon Robotics?
Add some heart and soul to the equation. Just throwing book-smart people at the problem of eliminating pesky humans from the bottleneck of Amazon, doesn't address all of the very real human issues the approach raises. Unfortunately heart and soul tends to be the blind spot of the relentlessly analytical team here.
