How employees describe working at Kiva

Executive salaries paid are repping off the charity donations of followers. Micro lending is being manipulated for large investments. Please return to the original model and review salary renumerations.

Fantastic - full of intelligent innovators.

Honesty. Kiva is horrible. If you don't read the fine print you'll be ripped off. They have a "default choice" allowing them to steal your deposit and interest after a short amount of time of inactivity - during a pandemic. Stay away from another "default choice" company that sets the fine print

I have lost faith in the work of this organization because of the high salary they are paying their CEO. Many lenders have withdrawn their money and support but the organization refuses to listen.

Kiva seems to be a legitimate source of sustainable philanthropy and I like that about them.
