They make effort to solve the business problems. They try to be transparent about business development. Every now and then, they are open to ideas for changes in processes. They recognize exceptional performances.

Training needs to be provided to middle-level managers for people skills. In adverse situations, few behave in the wrong way. The project team needs to be held accountable when they are responsible. When I make a mistake, it is my fault. When the project team makes a mistake, it is still my fault.
