I get to learn something valuable every day at work and that's what keeps me going to work each day. I can pick up a good conversation with almost any ansrite. Most of the projects are engaging. The managers I have worked with are level-headed people who support our tasks whenever needed.

The in-hand salary increases too gradually after several years to manage a good living in a metropolitan city. Insurance as well as other benefits could be much better. There are no bonuses apart from a small Diwali gift every year.

They are a diverse, creative, and witty bunch of critical thinkers. We never slack off because each one of us believes in and works toward a good work-life balance! We'd rather work extra hard and get things done before time than slack off and expect someone else to pick up our work.
