There are no work cliques at Appcast, and everyone genuinely cares about each other. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is not. I am so fortunate to work with the brightest, most caring team in the industry

Very high base + very fair commission structure. Company pays 100% of benefits. Each year they provide 2 all-expense paid trips (1 domestic/1 international) so we can come together & work & learn. I was able to meet with so many different people during the process to make sure it was not just a good fit for them, but also for me. The things they told me in the interview were absolutely true about the company and our mission. It was a very transparent process.

When I first started at Appcast I was certain the other shoe would drop. It hasn't! It's still as much a dream job today as it was the day I started. As far as how clients are treated, I have worked in the space for a very long time at a couple competitors. Appcast actually cares about our clients.

I love going to work every day and working with such smart, hardworking people. We adapt and adjust to what the industry and our customers want. Our products were first to market too. It's so awesome to be able to say, "yes we can do that," and "we don't do that yet, but we will build that for you."
