The leadership team are amazing mentors. They want you to succeed in and out of work.

I would feel better if my base was more in line with market compensation and if my OTE was higher and more realistic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely nice and helpful people.

My team is awesome. I work with an amazing group of smart individuals that welcome my input.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family and community are very important to everyone at Appcast. We work hard but we also have a ton of fun.
Most everyone will take time to help you even if they're busy. Everyone is friendly and cares about the well being of their colleagues.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had several interviews. I enjoyed meeting with the team I was going to be working with. Everyone gave me a realistic description of what working at Appcast was going to be like when I arrived.

I appreciated that the people who I would be managing had a voice in the process / they got to give input into their future manager.

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with customers and coworkers
I love coming into the office each day and working with great people. But I'm happiest when I see all the puppies in the office. It makes me smile.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Although we have a lot of internal promotions and lateral moves - I would love to see even more internal movement within the company and training for career pathing. We're growing!
