What did you like most about the interview process?
I had several interviews. I enjoyed meeting with the team I was going to be working with. Everyone gave me a realistic description of what working at Appcast was going to be like when I arrived.
Transparency about the role and company
they offered me the job at the end
I appreciated that the people who I would be managing had a voice in the process / they got to give input into their future manager.
They moved very quickly when interested
I met the CEO for lunch before interviewing with the other executives. This made me feel very comfortable and I could tell immediately that this was the company for me. I was excited to meet with the rest of the team.
I was able to meet with so many different people during the process to make sure it was not just a good fit for them, but also for me. The things they told me in the interview were absolutely true about the company and our mission. It was a very transparent process.
