AudienceView has been transformed over the years I've been here. It's grown exponentially and experienced a huge challenge ("unfortunate opportunity") through COVID to re-trench in who we are and how we'll operate. I'm excited for the future at AV.

The leadership team is extremely open and honest. They set clear direction and I have a high level of trust that they're going in the right direction.

In addition to salary & great standard benefits, we have an allowance to buy tickets to events. It's such a great tie-back to who we are as a company.

My team is extremely smart & dedicated. I know 100% of the time that they have my back and will do whatever they can to ensure we succeed together.

My hiring manager brought me back an extra time to talk through how I like to work, and how we would work together. He wanted to make 100% sure that I'd be happy and productive working with him. It meant a lot to me that he took that extra time and was so transparent about his own faults and style!
