What do you like best about the leadership team?

Passionate leaders with great deal of experience in ticketing industry

They're open, honest and transparent. We can meet with them pretty regularly and have actually talked with them all as opposed to just knowing who they are

They are open, honest and extremely hard working.

The leadership team is extremely open and honest. They set clear direction and I have a high level of trust that they're going in the right direction.

Thry are the most transparent leadership team. There is a big focus on People and communication!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Remote first. Unlimited PTO, medical

Every other Friday off, unlimited PTO, decent insurance policy, live events stipend

It's fair and I'm confident that I'm not under-compensated based on gender.

In addition to salary & great standard benefits, we have an allowance to buy tickets to events. It's such a great tie-back to who we are as a company.

Paid fairly, and timely. Like the benefits and HSA

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

collaborative, everyone takes on things they are interested in and help each other out

They are so much fun and are dedicated to doing the right things (and not just working in silos)

My team is extremely smart & dedicated. I know 100% of the time that they have my back and will do whatever they can to ensure we succeed together.

They are very open and you can ask any question.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

encouraging us to make work work within our lives, whether that's taking time off or adjusting schedules to better fit home needs

They truly care about me, my career development, and my engagement with the organization. And WE WORK IN LIVE EVENTS!! We really have the COOLEST customers.

The team is very friendly & open. I think that for the most part, we're doing a really good job of working effectively across teams.

People love the industry so there is a real passion for what they do. People are also so kind to each other so its just a nice place to work where you feel valued and do work you believe in

Got to meet with a few members of the team to discuss job requirements and expectations

That everyone I talked to really wanted to make sure I had the chance to interview THEM too.

My hiring manager brought me back an extra time to talk through how I like to work, and how we would work together. He wanted to make 100% sure that I'd be happy and productive working with him. It meant a lot to me that he took that extra time and was so transparent about his own faults and style!

My last interview was this honest information sharing session where I heard all the challenges I was walking into. It was motivating as I was so excited to get started on it.

What makes you most happy at work?

That I know I'm going to be challenged, that I can try new things and will learn something new ever week. And that my peers will always have my back.

Interacting with my team. They're fun, hardworking and dedicated. I'm so proud of all of them and who we are together.
