too much focus on new things instead of making sure old things are supported and well maintained

encouraging us to make work work within our lives, whether that's taking time off or adjusting schedules to better fit home needs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open, honest and transparent. We can meet with them pretty regularly and have actually talked with them all as opposed to just knowing who they are
