They are great at communicating regularly via email, text and calls. They send out constant reminders and are very flexible with scheduling.

It is very rewarding to see the progress of the clients I work with and to hear my coworkers' stories about their progress.

I will get a pay increase when I finish my RBT certification, and I get paid to do the training to receive the certification.

Everyone's personality seems to be similar to my own; we are all very caring and empathetic. I believe this is because we are working to help people with autism, so we all have very big hearts and sincerely enjoy what we do.

It involved multiple steps. First there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and I believe another phone interview after that. Everyone who interviewed me was extremely cheerful and encouraging and made me feel good about my responses to their questions.

I love working with children in general, but my high level of patience is what makes me great at working with children who have autism. It makes me happy to know that they have me there to help them, even if it's just for a few hours a day, in case they don't have similar support from others.
