All of the employees are kind, caring and helpful people. They matched me with clients based on my experience level. They provide a great deal of paid training and reimbursement for mileage and travel time. There are also many opportunities for advancement.

They are great at communicating regularly via email, text and calls. They send out constant reminders and are very flexible with scheduling.

I will get a pay increase when I finish my RBT certification, and I get paid to do the training to receive the certification.

I love working with children in general, but my high level of patience is what makes me great at working with children who have autism. It makes me happy to know that they have me there to help them, even if it's just for a few hours a day, in case they don't have similar support from others.
