I enjoy working with the company and am exposed to the leadership team when I need help and just someone to bounce ideas off from. I believe that we have great long term goals. I feel the team has gotten stronger over the last 2 years and we continue to get stronger as we grow.

They have different experiences and different outlooks to the work we do. well rounded as a team though each are very strong independently of each other. Great to work for them.

It was very comfortable, pretty laid back and it was more of a conversation over a regimental interview. Met a few members of the team during the interview process. I was given some insight into the group as a whole.

Many people are empowered to make decisions. We are always driving forward. We work hard and come together well especially in an emergency. There is a great family feel and the team are there for each other when it is needed.

Our team is very dynamic and they have integrity, our depth has increased especially with some of the more recent hires. Everyone is quirky and these differences make the team stronger as a group. We have a great culture with the current team.

i am challenged daily. I am able to drive my role forward in ways that i think make sense with support from my manager. I am able to make decisions for most parts of my job. We have strong middle management in the service group and the team get on very well.
