The people. Management has assembled a very cohesive unit.
Many people are empowered to make decisions. We are always driving forward. We work hard and come together well especially in an emergency. There is a great family feel and the team are there for each other when it is needed.
It's like a big family here, everyone knows each other professionally and personally. Everyone really cares about you and its wonderful.
