A lot has changed over the last 10 years. Company has grown at a very fast pace and challenged the staff to keep up.
I believe that the company itself is good, and a great environment. The problem is that some of the employees are too close to management and when issues arise, the management tends to ignore individuals who the are not close to and believe those that they are
