Not wanting to answer this
People are worked much harder than what they should be. The elastic band is incredibly strained and about to break.
Health insurance benefits are too costly. The deductibles need to be lower. Stock options need to be made available to the employees

The family atmosphere that we have
There's no big I's or lil U's, we are pretty much equal even though some have more Experience than others.
We work with a great group of guys. We all get long and get the work done effectively and efficiently
Good mix of veteran and new employees

Being more friendly to others and understanding that they are just as strained and stressed.

Too many changes being made in a very short time frame. Inexperienced staff members not getting adequate training
