The people and our continual growth. Every day, week, month, brings new challenges and goals. I enjoy taking these challenges head-on with my team and peers.

As we have gotten to know each other, we've become very strong communicators and effective planners. Yet we are also able to keep things light and fun, never taking ourselves too seriously.

They are open to feedback and willing to work with everyone at every level of the company. My boss is C level, even though I'm significantly below that. Yet we are able to discuss things as peers and work together to solve problems.

Everyone is happy and willing to work together to accomplish greater goals. People are always willing to help one another. As a young person in this company, I greatly appreciate this. My peers are often older and more experienced than me, yet they are always willing to help and teach.
