Great company to work for. Being remote-only is life-changing, and compensation is quite competitive.
Clear rules, expectations, and way of doing business. No one has lied to me about how being in an outsourcing company is like, there's room to grow. Everything depends on the client and how one can escalate inside the company, but it's very well organized.

BairesDev provides English courses, it provides other courses, training, and mentoring as well.

I do not have one, but I know some employees do. The longer you stay in, the better your package. A new employee won't have medial or dental, after a while, you're granted those things.
There is no such insurance.

we're growing really fast and there are many opportunities, I wouldn't say it's super hard, but you have to prove yourself around here. not only that but also having a good relationship with your peers and superiors is always helpful.

afte the first application about 2 weeks, after the first positive feedbacks, a week or so (in between interviews). the whole project takes, on average, 10 weeks. we are thorough because we need to screen top talent and make sure the person fits us right. remote hiring is different than others, it's a leap of faith and the company needs as much info beforehand as it can get to make a safer bet.

the absolute best thing here is the people! we have a great and collaborative work environment with high-level professionals, this is something you won't find out there!
How secure do you feel at your job at BairesDev?
very! the company does not threaten us or push us using our jobs or salaries as an exchange currency. this is a safe environment to learn and getting fired is not on table. not that we don't let people go, but it's not a management tool. I know if I make a mistake I'll be corrected but it won't cost me my job. it's nice!

My first interview was with a recruiter and it was really good, laid back, honest, and conversational. It took less than a week to get the positive feedback that I would move forward on the process.
What's the office layout like at BairesDev?
I work remotely, so the layout includes my dining table! The real offices are really nice, well organized, highly professional. I wish I could be there one day!
How would you compare interviewing at BairesDev to other places you've interviewed?
BD is more thorough and the process definitely takes longer. I believe this is due to the fact we're remotely distributed, so we are extra careful. there are numerous assessments and interviews when, in other companies the process is faster and less thorough.
How does BairesDev handle HR issues?
BairesDev is really careful and has a skilled HR team to deal with attritions, complaints, and other requests. The processes and clear and well defined and the retention rates prove them to be very successful in their endeavor. Great team!

I'm really excited and confident we'll have a lot of growth and opportunities.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at BairesDev?
It was great! People treated me very well, politely, thoughtfully and there was an honest expectation alignment since the beginning (timelines and etc).

Individually negotiated during the hiring process. After X months you get Y paid days off.

Scarce - we usually don't get it. Higher positions and special negotiations may include it.
What is the company mobility like at BairesDev?
there is a lot of opportunities and the company really values it's people. if you are no longer happy or feeling stimulated in your role, management is happy to find a solution and help you relocate. it's better to move a good employee to another dept than to lose him/her - this is the company's stand, from my point of view and experience.
