afte the first application about 2 weeks, after the first positive feedbacks, a week or so (in between interviews). the whole project takes, on average, 10 weeks. we are thorough because we need to screen top talent and make sure the person fits us right. remote hiring is different than others, it's a leap of faith and the company needs as much info beforehand as it can get to make a safer bet.

I know if I make a mistake I'll be corrected but it won't cost me my job. it's nice!

  • BD is more thorough and the process definitely takes longer. I believe this is due to the fact we're remotely distributed, so we are extra careful. there are numerous assessments and interviews when, in other companies the process is faster and less thorough.
