Great company to work for. Being remote-only is life-changing, and compensation is quite competitive.

we have remote happy hours, when we travel to each others cities we meet up for a work-out or a beer, we have some cool info on our newsletter to integrate.

traditional ones. Maternity leaves 90 days. Paternity leaves 5 business days.
What is the best perk or benefit that BairesDev offers?
I love that we get to travel on a quarterly basis to visit clients. It's an enriching experience and we have a good budget to meet great places while we're at it. Also, I love not having a strict working our tracking, I can make my own arrangements the way I see fit to my needs.
What makes you the most proud about working at BairesDev?
I appreciate working in an honest company that make it clear they are focused on the client and that is recognized by it's excellence. I see many customers complimenting us on our strong and effective support team and that makes me proud. Usually, big companies do the magic sell (sell and disappear after the money is in). BairesDev is nothing like that. We care, we thrive together, we make things better!
