total lack of communication, smoke and mirrors operation

What can this brand most improve?

Listen to their customers needs when they are contacted, and realize that we do not necessarily 'enjoy' having to call with a problem anymore than they like listening to it. Cases and claims of fraud need to be taken seriously and when they claim an investigation is performed, do not lie about it.

You guys is dispute and resolution team needs a little bit of understanding. I made a mistake when I filed my statement, but I updated it and it don't matter. The resolution is final. Thank you come again.
