everything needs improvement from the service to the way they handle your account
At this point you guys are making me feel like your holding my money hostage.
Listen to their customers needs when they are contacted, and realize that we do not necessarily 'enjoy' having to call with a problem anymore than they like listening to it. Cases and claims of fraud need to be taken seriously and when they claim an investigation is performed, do not lie about it.
