Mr. Allan P. Merrill has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since June 13, 2011. Mr. Merrill served as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since joining it in May 2007 to June 13, 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Move, Inc. from October 2001 to April 2007. He served as the President of Homebuilder.com from April 2000 to October 2001. He joined Move, Inc. following a 13-year tenure, from 1987 to March 2000, with the investment banking firm UBS Investment Bank (and its predecessor Dillon, Read & Co.), where he served as a Managing Director and served as Co-Head of the Global Resources Group, oversaw the construction and building materials, chemicals, forest products, mining and energy industry groups. He serves as a Director of Builder Homesite, Inc. He has been a Director at Beazer Homes USA Inc. since June 13, 2011. He is a Member of the Urban Land Institute and the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and the Homebuilding Community Foundation. Mr. Merrill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Mr. Robert Salomon, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since June 13, 2011 and its Chief Accounting Officer since February 2008. Mr. Salomon served as Senior Vice President of Beazer Homes USA Inc. from February 11, 2008 to June 13, 2011 and served as its Controller since February 11, 2008 and which he joined it from homebuilding company Ashton Woods Homes. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Ashton Woods USA LLC from 1998 to February 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until February 2008. Prior to that, He served at MDC Holdings Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance of its homebuilding division in California, Richmond American Homes. A certified public accountant, Mr. Salomon has 31 years of financial management experience, 23 of which have been in the homebuilding industry. Mr. Salomon is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Kenneth F. Khoury has been an Executive of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since January 8, 2018, managing the Beazer Homes's Human Resources and Information Technology functions. Mr. Khoury served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Beazer Homes USA Inc. from June 2011 to January 8, 2018. Mr. Khoury served as an Executive Vice President and also General Counsel of Beazer Homes USA Inc. from January 5, 2009 to January 8, 2018 and served as its Secretary until January 8, 2018. Mr. Khoury has been the Chief administration officer of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since June 12, 2011. Mr. Khoury served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Delta Air Lines Inc. from September 18, 2006 to November 2008. Nearly 30 years of legal expertise, he served as a Senior Vice President & Co-General Counsel of Weyerhaeuser Co. since April 3, 2006 and its General Counsel since June 2006. He joined Weyerhaeuser from Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, where he served as Vice President, Secretary and Deputy General Counsel. He spent 15 years with Georgia-Pacific Corporation Before joining Georgia-Pacific Crop. in 1990, he served in legal positions at Shearson-Lehman Brothers, The Continental Corporation and Airco. He also spent five years at the law firm White & Case in New York. He is practicing law for over 36 years, Mr. Khoury Holds a JD from the Fordham University School of Law in 1977. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.

Ms. Kathi James has been the Chief Marketing Officer of Beazer Homes USA Inc. since 2008 and serves its Senior Vice President. Ms. James served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Morrison Homes, a subsidiary of George Wimpey Plc.
