Mr. Garrett K. Ulmer, P.Eng., has been Chief Operating Officer of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. since March 15, 2017. Mr. Ulmer served as a Vice-President of Engineering at Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. since October 2011 until March 15, 2017. Mr. Ulmer served the roles of Production Engineer, Production Manager and Manager of Exploitation & Acquisitions at Bellatrix and prior to November 1, 2009 of True Energy Inc. since January 2008.

Mr. Charles R. Kraus, Esq., has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. since September 01, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since March 15, 2017. Mr. Kraus served as Vice President of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. since September 01, 2014 until March 15, 2017. Mr. Kraus served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lone Pine Resources Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Kraus joined Bellatrix from another Calgary-based oil and gas exploration and development company where he was an Executive Officer and the General Counsel for the past 3 years. Mr. Kraus is a Canadian and U.S. qualified lawyer. From August 2005 to September 2011, he was a lawyer in the Calgary office of Stikeman Elliott LLP, where he focused on cross-border public and private capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He is admitted to the bars of Alberta, Washington and Minnesota and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Association for Corporate Counsel. Mr. Kraus is a member of several Canadian and United States legal associations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Kraus holds a law degree (J.D., magna cum laude) from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2001 and an undergraduate degree (B.A., departmental distinction) from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1998.

Mr. Russell G. Oicle, P.Geol., has been a Vice President of Exploration at Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. since November 01, 2009. Mr. Oicle served as an Exploration Supervisor of Penn West Energy Trust from July 2007 to November 2008; President of RGO Resources, a private geological consulting company from May 2005 to July 2007; Vice President of Exploration and Chief Operating Officer of Relentless Energy Corp. from November 2002 to May 2005. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Ulster Petroleums Ltd.
