Mr. Paul Yousif has been General Counsel of Blue Bird Corporation since December 2016 and has been its Corporate Secretary since February 2015 and also has been its Corporate Treasurer since 2007. Mr. Yousif serves as the Controller of Traxis Financial Group Inc. He has a diverse background in Finance and Accounting. His experience as Operational Controller of a medium sized manufacturing facility and his experience in the automotive industry provides with the knowledge and experience needed to drive success at TFG. He served as Vice President of Legal Affairs of Blue Bird Corporation since 2011 until April 4, 2017. Prior to joining Traxis Financial Group, Mr. Yousif spent seven years at Visteon Corporation. At Visteon, Mr. Yousif served in multiple roles including as Chief Financial Officer of a half-billion Dollar Joint Venture. Mr. Yousif is a licensed Attorney having received his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He also has a B.B.A. degree from University of Detroit-Mercy and a Masters in Taxation - Accounting from Wayne State University.

Mr. Phillip Tighe, also known as Phil, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Bird Corporation since March 2012. Prior to joining Blue Bird, Mr. Tighe held roles which included financial control and strategic planning , both domestically and internationally, while stationed throughout North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Most recently, Mr. Tighe was based in Shanghai leading Ford's strategic planning for growth in Asia. Mr. Tighe received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and his MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.
