Everyone genuinely cares about each other and wants to get to know each other. I feel so supported by my team both in work and in my personal endeavors. Feels like everyone is rooting for me.

I like how easily accessible they are, you can always reach out for whatever you need. I also appreciate how there is a clear understanding that everyone is there to do their job and is their own expert and the ET relies on everyone no matter what level to provide their expertise.
