I like how easily accessible they are, you can always reach out for whatever you need. I also appreciate how there is a clear understanding that everyone is there to do their job and is their own expert and the ET relies on everyone no matter what level to provide their expertise.

I feel I am sometimes operating at a higher level than my job description specifies. Adjusting the job description to include my additional work and re-evaluating from there would be appreciated.
