People really care about each other, it is a fun place to work with fun initiatives, events, space, etc, and I am working on things I am passionate about with people who are also passionate about them.

Our leadership teams makes themselves accessible and approachable to staff, there is very little ego involved. They care about the staff, and care about how staff think of them, the business, and our future as a company. They are more fun and friendlier than most team's I've worked for!

This is the best group of people I've ever worked with. I LOVE hanging out with my coworkers at work, but also have the privilege of calling many of them friends outside of work as well. The people make it feel like I am not coming to "work" each day and are the main reason I want to stay.
