I think there's some work to bring full comp package into parody w/ the market, but we know there's an increased focus here this year!

This is the best group of people I've ever worked with. I LOVE hanging out with my coworkers at work, but also have the privilege of calling many of them friends outside of work as well. The people make it feel like I am not coming to "work" each day and are the main reason I want to stay.

Thoughtful follow-ups that made it known we're more than work - we're a family (notes/cards, tshirts,) and accessibility of Csuite.
