This is one of the best places I've ever worked. Almost two years in, I still feel like they care about individual employee experiences, opportunities for growth and development, and diversity. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we have continued to grow and innovate. It's exciting to be here.

The amount of insurance raised for spouses is astronomical. You. Can. Do. Better.

What can this brand most improve?

Business Solver is a terrible TPA for COBRA. Requested to have my file sent over 4 times -- 2 times "Urgent due to medical necessity". Yet, you all state you sent it to Anthem, but Anthem hasn't received it. No confirmation #s are provided and just terrible CS.
