What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about my future
They actively request feedback and seem to value feedback and even act on it. The company I came from couldn't have cared less. Many of the tactics we take to gauge client health we also implement within to make sure everyone is able to tackle their workload.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cost is pretty reasonable
The comp is very fair in the market
The company covers a fair percentage of the benefits and offers many supplemental benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaborating is stellar and you can tell everyone has a common goal
The camaraderie and the collaboration
Without fail, everyone on our team carries their load, respects deadlines, and pitches in to help when another teammate is under water. It's astonishing to work with such great professionals.

Everyone is always smiling. It's a great feeling
The individuals I work with. The freedom to work remotely.
The culture and the people
We do a lot of content work around Empathy in the Workplace, and it seems that our leaders are actively invested in the idea of practicing that.

Face to face meetings via virtual
The ability to meet many of the managers during interviews
It was thorough, but I always knew what to expect at each step.
