I have found the culture to be driven, goal-oriented and open minded. They have great processes and systems, but are open to be flexible to your lifestyle.
Leadership is very involved with the well-being of the employees. Management is always willing to jump in and help if you ask. The company recognizes the benefit of a work/life balance for their employees.
It's fast paced and a little frantic at times. I've been working over 10 hours a day most days for the past month to keep my head above water. I know some of it is time management and there are things I could do better, but I do think a large part of the overwork is coming from BBE themselves.
