The leadership time is down in the trenches with the rest of the company. I like that they don't sit on a throne and issue commands. They know the needs and processes within each team.

Amazon Advertising is competitive and lucrative, and is a giant in digital marketing. The bigger the account, the more an Account Manager gets paid; but that does not apply to Advertising Managers for some reason.
