I was not as nervous as I was in my past interviews with other companies. I found myself just smiling and was comfortable talking with my interviewers.

The best part is being able to work at home; but the culture is one of being a family, a team where everyone encourages one another. This is the closest to "open door policy"; we're far from each other but we are empowered to communicate.

Joe starts his meetings by asking how everyone is doing both with work and our personal lives which is something I haven't seen in any of the companies I worked for before. Here at BBE, my Team Lead also allows me to work at my own pace which makes me want to be more productive.

I get to maximize my skills at work--everything I have learned from previous experience, I can recall and use for my role in BBE. It makes me happy because I feel that even if I wasn't as happy before as I am now, I still earned a great deal of knowledge and experience that I can use to help BBE.
