Mr. Bryan W. J. Corkal has been the Chief Financial Officer of Calyxt, Inc since December 5, 2016 and also serves as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. Mr. Corkal has a significant depth and breadth of experience in the agricultural seeds and traits space. After nearly two decades at Monsanto, he has led efforts in finance, investor relations, strategy, manufacturing finance and M&A. Mr. Corkal joined Calyxt from Monsanto, where he spent over 17 years in a variety of key financial roles. Most recently, he served as North America and Latin America North Supply Chain Finance Lead. Mr. Corkal prior roles included serving as Director of Investor Relations, before which he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Latin America North region for Monsanto in Mexico City.

Dr. Daniel Voytas, also known as Dan, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder of Calyxt, Inc. and has been its Chief Scientific Officer since May 2010. Dr. Voytas is Director of the UMN's Center for gene editing. In 1992, Dr. Voytas joined the faculty at Iowa State University, where he was promoted to Associate Professor in 1997 and to Professor in 2001. In 2008, he joined the faculty in the Department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Development at the University of Minnesota (UMN). Dr. Voytas graduated from Harvard College in 1984 and received his Ph.D. in genetics from Harvard Medical School in 1990. He conducted post-doctoral research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he was a fellow of the Life Science Research Foundation.

Mr. Joseph B. Saluri, also known as Joe, J.D., serves as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Calyxt, Inc. Mr. Saluri served as the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Stine Seed Company. He served as a Vice President and General Counsel of the Stine Group. At NewLink Genetics Corporation, he works to establish collaborative marketing and research alliances with biotechnology and international agribusiness companies and manages its legal and intellectual property affairs. He was an Attorney and Solicitor at Law for Nicholas Critelli Associates, PC in Des Moines and London. He has more than a decade of experience in business development, legal and regulatory affairs and collaborations and joint ventures. He has been an Independent Director of KemPharm, Inc. since January 13, 2014. He served as a Director of NewLink Genetics Corporation from May 2010 to July 14, 2017. Among other professional associations, he is a Member of the Iowa Biotechnology Association and the Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Saluri has a B.S.B.A. in Investment Finance from Drake University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School and a Certificate from the College of Law of England and Wales in London.

Jennifer Moore serves as the Vice President of Communications of Calyxt. Jennifer started at Calyxt in Apr of 2013. Jennifer currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Glenn Bowers serves as the Vice President of Calyxt. Glenn started at Calyxt in Apr of 2016. Glenn currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Manoj Sahoo serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Calyxt. Manoj started at Calyxt in Mar of 2017. Manoj currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Bill Koschak serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Calyxt. Bill currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
