Mr. John J. Park is the Chief Financial Officer and General Partner at Cardinal Partners. He has served as the Administrative General Partner for the firm since its establishment in 1997 and is also a Co-Founder. Mr. Park currently handles both financial and information reporting systems management and administrative support at the firm. He also assists the Partners with portfolio company financial issues and serves periodically as an interim Chief Financial Officer for those enterprises. Mr. Park is a veteran of numerous positions in accounting, corporate finance, and investment administration. He began his venture career in 1992 as the Chief Financial Officer at DSV Partners and became a General Partner in 1995. Before this, he spent six years at Day and Zimmermann, Inc., where his positions included a Division Controller, Corporate Financial Analyst, and Corporate Tax Manager. Mr. Park also has four years of experience as a Controller and a Financial Analyst in the oil and gas industry. He serves as a Director at Clearfield Energy, Inc., the New Jersey Entrepreneurs Network, the NVCA CFO Task Force, Member of Life Sciences and Biotechnology Investment Advisory Committee at Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Advisory Board for the Private Equity CFO Association, Philadelphia Chapter, and on the Advisory Board for the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central PA. Previously, Mr. Park was a Director at the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group from 1995 to 1998. He received a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Brandon H. Hull serves as General Partner, Managing Partner and Managing General Partner of Cardinal Partners. Mr. Hull co-founded Cardinal Partners in 1996. He serves as General Partner, Managing General Partner and Managing Partner at Cardinal Health Partners II, L.P. and Cardinal Health Partners III, L.P. His extensive investment experience includes all facets of health care services, health care information systems, medical products and devices and encompasses a variety of information technology sectors outside of health care. He spent seven years in health services operations. He entered the venture capital industry in 1991 as a Principal of the Edison Venture Fund, where he directed its healthcare investing activities and served on the Boards of its healthcare portfolio companies. Mr. Hull served as a Vice President at the Edison Partners. He has been a Director of QPID Health, Inc. since March 20, 2013 and Cureatr, Inc. since October 23, 2013. He served as a Director of Awarepoint Corporation since November 2008. He serves as Director of Brighton Health Alliance, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Athenahealth, Inc. since October 1999 and also serves as its Lead Director. He served as a Director of NexCura, LLC. He serves as a Director of CardioOptics, Replication Medical, Inc., Fluidnet Corporation and as a Board Observer of AccentCare. He served as a Director of CodeRyte, Inc. and SironaHealth Inc. He served on the Boards of numerous healthcare and medtech companies. Mr. Hull holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Literature from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Thomas G. McKinley, also known as Tom, is a Partner of Cardinal Partners. Mr. McKinley serves as the West Coast representative of the firm. He serves as Director of Awarepoint Corp. Prior to this, he was the Managing Partner, Co-Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Partech International. He was based at United States office and was part of Partech International healthcare information technology team. His investment experience includes: Ascend Communications, Automated Healthcare, Medicode, DecisionView, Radianse and VeriFone. He has been a Director of VISICU, Inc. since May 2000. He serves as a Director of lifeIMAGE, Inc. He led the firm's investment activities in the healthcare information technology and financial services sectors. Mr. McKinley has been an Independent Director of TelaDoc, Inc., since November 2009. He serves as a Decisionview and Radianse. He also serves on the Boards of U.C. Berkley's Entrepreneurs Forum, the World Venture Summit and the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. He served as Director of Workspeed Management, LLC. He is an active member of the Health Management Academy (HMA) and an active supporter of the University of San Francisco's Entrepreneurship Program. As an alumnus, he maintains close ties with Stanford Business School as well as Harvard University, where he serves as a Class Secretary and started the I3 Harvard College Innovation Challenge. Mr. McKinley received an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University, an M.S. in Accounting from New York University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
