they need to HOG butcher the upper management and get people who will work not just call it in. Also understand and willing to do processes that are at least done in the 2000s

My experience is very poor and there are management in position that don't know the industry and they feel belittle with I offer them solution so they gossip to senior exec and the senior execs are narcissist. Absolute narcissist.

Management does not have a clue and there is no oportunity for growth since all leaders are not capable of recognizing the talent within their employees. No equal right opportunity , even though they say are fair at hiring.
