Mr. James L. Basey, also known as Jim, serves as the Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Bank. Mr. Basey co-founded CIC Bancshares, Inc in 2009 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He has over 40 years of banking and community leadership experience, including almost 30 years in executive positions in multi-billion dollar national banking firms, as well as community banks. Mr. Basey started his career with Colorado National Bank (CNB) in 1970. Mr. Basey has been actively involved as Chairman of the board of advisors for the Business School at University of Colorado, Denver; Trustee of the CU Foundation; Chairman of the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) Foundation and its investment committee; board member for the UNC College of Business Administration; and the Chair of the advisory board of the CU Cancer Center. He serves as Director of CIC Bancshares, Inc. He has also been involved in numerous initiatives supporting the cure for cancer and healthcare, including membership on the board of both St. Anthony's Hospital and Foundation; founding member of Cancer Cure and founder of the Linnea J. Basey Cancer Research Endowment at the CU Cancer Center.

Ms. Stacey Pitschka has been Senior Vice President and Foothills Regional Manager at Centennial Bank since November 25, 2014. Ms. Pitschka manages the Conifer, Evergreen, Golden, Idaho Springs and Nederland, Colo., branches, which were acquired by Centennial Bank in October, according to a news release. She has nearly 17 years of banking experience, joined Centennial Bank from Omaha, Neb.-based Mutual of Omaha Bank.

Mr. David Brown serves as Market President of Southeast Denver of Centennial Bank. Prior to joining Centennial Bank as President, Mr. Brown held lending positions at various community banks in the Colorado market. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to understand and structure lending needs for Commercial and Industrial businesses. Mr. Brown graduated from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with a degree in Business Administration.
