Mr. David A. Kinross has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Central Valley Community Bancorp since May 18, 2006 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Kinross serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Central Valley Community Bank, a subsidiary of Central Valley Community Bancorp and served as its Senior Vice President. He has over 16 years of financial leadership and accounting experience to Central Valley Community Bank. Mr. Kinross served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for PELCO, a security device company located in Clovis, California and New York. Prior to his position with PELCO, Mr. Kinross served as a Partner with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Jose, California from 1990 to 2003. Throughout his career, Mr. Kinross has gained extensive financial expertise covering complex technical accounting issues, securities and exchange reporting, budget development and management and information technology administration. Mr. Kinross is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Steven D. McDonald, also known as Steve serves as the President of McDonald Properties Inc. Mr. McDonald is the Owner/Broker of SDM Realty, specializing in ranch brokerage. Mr. McDonald has been a Secretary of Central Valley Community BanCorp and Central Valley Community Bank. He has been a Director at Central Valley Community Bancorp since 2000. He serves as a Director of Central Valley Community Bank.

Mr. Gary D. Quisenberry has been an Executive Vice President of Commercial and Business Banking at Central Valley Community Bank since February 22, 2000. Mr. Quisenberry served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial and Business Banking of Central Valley Community Bank, a subsidiary of Central Valley Community BanCorp. since February 22, 2000. Mr. Carman served as the President of Service 1stBank, (a subsidiary of Service First Bancorp.) since April 1, 2007 and its Chief Operating Officer since April 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Service First Bancorp. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of Service 1stBank since August 2000 and also served as its Executive Vice President. He joined Service 1stBank in August 7, 2000.

Mr. Steve Romeo serves as Senior Vice President, Sacramento Commercial Banking Team Leader at Central Valley Community Bancorp since January 2018. Mr. Romeo has been Vice President of Commercial Banking Officer for Sacramento Office at Central Valley Community Bank since January 30, 2012. In this role, he is responsible for managing business and individual banking relationships in the greater Sacramento region. Mr. Romeo served as Vice President and Private Banking Officer at Central Valley Community Bancorp until January 2018. Mr. Romeo has over 22 years of commercial banking, business development and SBA lending experience. Mr. Romeo has a proven track record of helping businesses grow by matching them with the right services and loan products.

James Kim serves as the Chief Administrative Officer & Executive Vice President of Central Valley Community Bank. James started at Central Valley Community Bank in January of 2018. James is currently based in the Sacramento, California Area.
