Mr. Jeff Cauble has been Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Cesca Therapeutics Inc. since March 10, 2017. Mr. Joseph Balagot, also known as Joe, has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Cesca Therapeutics Inc. since November 22, 2017. Mr. Balagot has more than 20 years of financial and strategic advisory experience and an extensive track record that includes the completion of more than 80 corporate finance transactions for health care companies with an aggregate publicly-announced value exceeding $7 billion. Mr. Balagot served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking and Partner of Investment Banking at Dawson James Securities, Inc. for 9 years. Mr. Balagot serves as Managing Director of Merriman Capital, Inc. (formerly Merriman Curhan Ford & Co.). He was formerly with CIBC World Markets, heads the health care investment banking group. Mr. Balagot spent over five years at CIBC World Market Corp and served as its Executive Director of Health Care Investment Banking. Prior to CIBC, he was at Salomon Smith Barney International in London, where he was one of the founding members of the European Health Care Group. Mr. Balagot also worked for Salomon Brothers in the health care investment banking group. He has completed over 45 financing, merger or acquisition transactions with total announced transaction value of $6.6 billion. Mr. Balagot holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Boston University and studied Economics and Finance abroad in England.
