Mr. Jiang Huai LIN has been the Chief Executive Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. since October 03, 2006 and has been its Chairman since September 06, 2006. Mr. Yifu Liu has been an Executive Vice President of China Information Technology, Inc. since March 2014. Mr. Liu has been the President of Wuhan Geoinformatics Co., Ltd. since 2008 and iASPEC Geo Information Technology Co., Ltd. since May 2013. He has extensive background and experience in corporate management, market development, technology innovation, internal control and corporate culture establishment. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. from November 2011 to September 4, 2013. He served as Chief Operating Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. from September 1, 2008 to November 2009 and also served as its Vice President. Since August 2002, He served as Deputy General Manager of iASPEC, and served as its General Manager since November 2006. Prior to that, he served as Senior Sales Manager of Shenzhen Jingpinjia Electronics Company Ltd. from August 1997 to July 2002. He served as a Director OF China Information Technology, Inc. Mr. Zhixiong Huang, also known as Robin, has been Chief Operating Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. since August 25, 2015. Mr. Huang has been the General Manager of iASPEC Zhongtian Software Co., Ltd. since November 2010 and Vice President of iASPEC Geo Information Technology Co., Ltd. since May 2013. Mr. Huang served as Vice President of China Information Technology, Inc. from March 2014 to August 25, 2015. He has over 20 years experience in information technology field. At China Information Technology, he served as Vice President from January 2006 to September 2013, Chief Operating Officer from May 10, 2007 to September 01, 2008 and Chief Technology Officer from September 01, 2008 to September 4, 2013 He served as the General Manager of product development of Shenzhen Runsheng Information Systems Company Ltd. from July 2001 to March 2002. He served as the Deputy General Manager of iASPEC from September 2002 to October 2006, where he supervised its research and development activities and consulted on various types of sophisticated, technical issues. He serves as Director of the Shenzhen Computer Association, an expert with the Shenzhen Expert Association and an expert of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Association. He served as Director of China Information Technology, Inc. and previously served the smae position from November 28, 2006 to September 1, 2008. Mr. Junping Sun has been the Chief Investment Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. since August 25, 2015. Mr. Sun has been Vice President of iASPEC Geo Information Technology Co., Ltd. since 2013, where he handles its public relations and external resources development and integration. He served as a Vice President of China Information Technology, Inc. since March 2014. He has profound background and experience in investment management, public relations and industry collaborations. He served in the Shenzhen Municipal Office from 1998 to 2001; and was with the Shenzhen Investment Management Company and Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2004. He worked in Union Development Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2012. He served as the Chairman of Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Sun holds a bachelor degree in Economy Management from Nanjing University.
