I've only been a short while, and the culture is very informal and open - something I'm not used to. Everything has been communicated clearly. There are some gaps, especially for smaller countries, but the team makes sure to improve each time to ensure continuous improvement across the board.

The very informal and flexible culture enables me to work at my pace, in my own style. So long as I deliver, there aren't any issues on how long I'll be online or if take days or weeks off.

Flexible working conditions, for sure. I prefer to work remotely to find balance in my daily obligations and to avoid traffic and spend more time with loved ones. It has made me discover my working style - outside of the common 9-5 grind where I'm not very productive at varying parts of the day.
