We are helping people, especially in their time of need and vulnerability - their business is in danger, and the insurance company refuses to pay for needed to repairs. We get to swoop in and save the day, get the the insurance company what's due - what's needed to repair the property damage.

We all wear a lot of hats because we are growing quickly, and so as timing permits, training in additional areas would be great.

Tell the truth -is easy to be pressured to fudge reality - whether from roofers, what clients want - but you need to do what's right
