Previously, Mr. Shapero served as Crosspoint's General Partner since 1983. He is also the Founder of three companies. Mr. Shapero was also the President at TOPS and Senior Director of Marketing at AST Research, Inc. Mr. Robert A. Hoff, also known as Bob, has been a General Partner of Crosspoint Venture Partners since 1983. In 1983, Mr. Hoff established the Southern California Office for CrossPoint and extended coverage to the Southwest. Previously, Mr. Hoff served as the President at Marwit Capital Corporation. He served as an Executive at General Electric Co. He is a Director of Positron Access Solutions, Timeline Vista Inc., CoreLogic Dorado, LLC, and Tropian, Inc. Mr. Hoff serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Solis Capital Partners, LLC, NBX, Inc. and Miramar Venture Partners. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Encore Housing Opportunity Fund. He has been a Director of Sonoma Systems, Inc. since January 1998. He has been a Director of USWeb Corporation since February 1996.
