Mr. David R. Stern has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Destination Maternity Corporation since August 012, 2016. Mr. Stern oversee the Finance and Accounting, Real Estate, Loss Prevention and Procurement areas of Destination Maternity. He has significant financial experience in the retail industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack from September 2012 to 2016 and Executive Vice President from September 2012 to September 16, 2015. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of AC Moore Arts & Crafts Inc. since August 26, 2010, served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since June 8, 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Stern served as the Principal Accounting officer of AC Moore Arts & Crafts Inc. until August 26, 2010. From 2007 to 2009, he held roles at Coldwater Creek. He served as the Divisional Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Coldwater Creek Inc. He joined Coldwater Creek in 2007 as its Divisional Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to Coldwater Creek, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Petro Services, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Stern began his career as an internal auditor and then as a financial analyst, accounting manager and corporate controller at several companies, including Delhaize America, before joining Petro Services. He serves on the Boards of Beck Suppliers, Inc., and Camp Ockanickon, a not-for-profit camp for children. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). Mr. Stern has a B.S. Accounting from University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.

Mr. David L. Courtright has been Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Destination Maternity Corporation since May 9, 2016. From July 2008 to May 2016, Mr. Courtright served as Vice President & Corporate Controller and served in a senior finance position from the time he joined in July 2005. He has 12 years of public accounting experience with predecessor firms to KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Courtright has significant career experience in the public company environment and with SEC reporting requirements. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Ronald James Masciantonio, also known as Ron, has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Destination Maternity Corporation since November 14, 2012 and November 2011 Respectively. Mr. Masciantonio served as its General Counsel of Destination Maternity Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Masciantonio served as Vice President of Destination Maternity Corporation since August 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President. In August 2006, he rejoined Destination Maternity, after having previously served as Assistant General Counsel from February 2004 to May 2005. From May 2005 to August 2006, Mr. Masciantonio served as an Assistant General Counsel, North America for Taylor Nelson Sofres, N.A. Prior to joining Destination Maternity originally in February 2004, Mr. Masciantonio served as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities department of Pepper Hamilton, LLP from September 2001 to February 2004. He holds Juris Doctorate legal degree from Temple University School Of Law.
