Ms. Phyllis A. Knight has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. since October 24, 2016. Mr. Jason T. Curtis has been the Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Restaurants Holding Inc. since 2002 and has been its Secretary since March 25, 2014. Mr. Curtis served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. He has received numerous accolades from Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. He has been certified by the National Restaurant Association as a Foodservice Management Professional (FMP). Mr. Curtis attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan for one semester. He is enrolled in an executive program at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan where he is seeking a degree in business administration.

Mr. Thomas Michael Ansley serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Bagger Dave's Burger Tavern. Mr. Ansley also serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AMC Group Inc., AMC Wings, Inc. and AMC Burgers Inc., wholly owned subsidiaries of Diversified Restaurants Holding, Inc. He has been an Executive Chairman of the Board Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. since 2006 and also served as its Chairman from 2006 to October 24, 2016. He has been the President and Manager of AMC Group, LLC. since 1998. He serves as a Member of the Executive Board of the Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. since 2006. He has received 2000 Operator of the Year award from BWW. He has been a Director of Bagger Dave's Burger Tavern since 2016 and Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. since 2006. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Restaurant Association. In 1993, Mr. Ansley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, located in Dayton, Ohio.
