Mr. Robert B. Bzdick, also known as Bob, has been the President of Document Security Systems, Inc. since July 1, 2013. Mr. Bzdick serves as Chief Executive Officer of Packaging & Printed Products Operation at Document Security Systems, Inc. Mr. Bzdick served as secretary of Document Security Systems, Inc. Mr. Bzdick served as the Chief Executive Officer of Document Security Systems, Inc. since December 1, 2012 untill July 01, 2013 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Bzdick is actively engaged in a business development role for Document Security's secure packaging initiatives. Mr. Bzdick has 29 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management in the printing and packaging industry. At Premier Packaging Corp., he served as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Premier Packaging Corp., in 1989, Mr. Bzdick served as Controller, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager of Rochester, NY division of Boise Cascade, (now Georgia Pacific). He has been a Director of Document Security Systems, Inc. since March 2010.

Mr. Philip Jones, also known as Phil, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Document Security Systems Inc. (DSS) since October 2009 and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Jones served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Document Security Systems, Inc. since May 2007. Mr. Jones served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Document Security Systems, Inc. since June 13, 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2009, Treasurer since May 2007 and Principal Accounting Officer since June 13, 2005 at DSS Technology Management, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Finance. Since October 2000, Mr. Jones served as a Controller of American Fiber Systems, Inc., located in Rochester, NY. At AFS, he was responsible for all facets of financial and accounting management with anticipation of an Initial Public Offering. He served as Controller of Document Security Systems Inc. from June 13, 2005 to May 2007. From December 1998 to October 2000, he served as the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance for Zapata Corporation. At Zapata, Mr. Jones was responsible for all SEC reporting requirements, which included the successful spin-off and IPO of its Internet subsidiary. In addition, for a two year term from February 2003 to July 2004, Mr. Jones held a position at the public accounting firm of PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He served as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen from December 1996 to December 1998. He has 13 years experience in both the public and private accounting and finance sectors, including positions of Arthur Anderson and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been a Director of U-Vend, Inc. (formerly, Internet Media Services, Inc.) and U-Vend Canada, Inc. since October 2009. Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology which he received in 1994. Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Genoseo in 1991.

Mr. Garrett Brown has been Senior Director of Product Management for Digital Group at Document Security Systems, Inc. since March 17, 2016. At Document Security Systems, Mr. Brown's initial focus is on enhancing the AuthentiGuard product offering. Mr. Brown has over twenty years of technology product management experience. His past product management experience includes UUNET, US Internetworking, Sprint, and Tachyon Systems.
