Mr. Robert G. Shenk has been the Senior Vice President of Claims at Donegal Group Inc. since 1997. Mr. Shenk has been the Senior Vice President of Claims at Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since December 1997. He serves as the Vice President of Claims at Le Mars Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Donegal Group Inc. Mr. Jeffrey D. Miller, also known as Jeff, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Michigan Insurance Company. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Le Mars Insurance Company. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since April 25, 2005. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Donegal Financial Services Corporation. Mr. Miller served as a Senior Vice President of Donegal Group Inc. from April 25, 2005 to April 14, 2014. Mr. Miller served as a Vice President at Donegal Group Inc. and Donegal Mutual Insurance Company from 2000 to 2005 and Controller of Donegal Group Inc. from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Daniel J. Wagner has been a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Donegal Group Inc. since 2005 and 2000 respectively. Mr. Wagner has been a Senior Vice President andTreasurer of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company since 1993 and has also been its Senior Vice President since 2005. He served as a Controller of Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and Donegal Group Inc. from 1988 to 1995. He served as a Vice President at Donegal Group Inc. and Donegal Mutual Insurance Company from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. V. Anthony Viozzi has been Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at Donegal Group Inc. since 2012.
